Casaditano is a lab where to experiment new building techniques that later on the owner apply to other of his projects around the world.

Using straw, clay and lime he create functional, modern, efficient ambients.

These characteristics are well visible in the restoring of all the building of the contrada: organic shapes, respect of the history of the buildings, sourcing of beauty without loosing functionality, plasters and flooring in clay and lime, straw roof, green roof, reciprocal roof, geodetic structure, natural stoves, glass-houses, aquaponic system, phyto-depuration, recycling of rain water, solar energy and re-use design.
