Fermented vegetables is the speciality of the house and is used a lot in all recipes. They believe a lot in its power of cure so they became experts and producers. Wild herbs always available in the fields and forest around the house are a fundamental element on casaditano kitchen and fermentation. Bread, focaccia, cakes and biscuits are made with sourdough and cooked on fire oven. Hosts can make new and original culinary experience with a food that is not only taste but also cure! For this reason owner often organize vegetarian and vegan cooking workshops. Meals are served in the garden, in the eco-house with reciprocal roof or directly in the room, depending on the season.
